Zwierzchowski & Nguyen: Client Evaluation: 1. I used Agata from 2019-2021 to help me with a family law case. She is a fine person. When we were on the phone, she always took time to explain her opinion from a professional standpoint and what the court might think. She acted as if she cared about my family issues, so I can attest that Agata gave me the best advice for the existing matter. Agata's bright spot lies in litigation. Whenever we went to court, she took off her gloves and fought hard for the case. However, attorneys are not faultless. In my experience, there were some declines: Administrative - As per my observations, there were no paralegals in the office. Law has a lot of moving parts in each case, and I felt that Agata was slightly lost. Usually, the time it took to address a challenge was longer compared to my expectation due to this. There was a time Agata followed up with the opposing party only for all of us to realize that she had not sent the opposing party the e-mail to actually respond to. Communication - Agata mostly replied within 24 hours when I left a voicemail. However, there were many times when communication took days. Although it is understandable that personal problems may arise, lack of communication was clearly identified as a significant weakness—especially when other clients and opposing parties are waiting for your lawyer to move forward. Sometimes I was not updated when Agata received my emails. If she said she would do something by a particular date, a lot of times, the deadline was missed. Sometimes I had to contact Agata to find out about the case, so it was hard for me to know if something was done. Limited Proactiveness - Agata was active in fighting for me during litigation but was less powerful in being proactive outside the courtroom. Family law cases are stressful and agonizing for both parties. A great attorney makes you feel like you are not alone during this painful period. Unfortunately, in my opinion, Agata did not provide that feeling and overall satisfaction. Agata is a good person who means well. If you're looking for someone with a strong litigation background and think you may go to court, Agata may be a good fit. If you expect strong communication and excellent administrative abilities, go somewhere else.2. Agata helped me with a post-judgment support issue. She was so caring and responsive throughout the process. She calmed my nerves and prepared me well for the hearing. My outcome was excellent. She even got the attorney fees of the other side paid! Highly recommend her and her firm!3. Zwierzchowski & Nguyen are tough, savvy, and have an excellent record winning their cases. At the same time, they're compassionate, honest, and fair to their clients.4. Very professional and timely response to my request. Engaged in my problem with problem solving in the best possible way.
